⚠️ What If My Order Is Delayed?

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. If your order is delayed:

Return & Exchange Policy

🔄 Our 30-Day Return Promise

At Rise and Believe, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

✅ What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached
  • Unused accessories and home decor items in original packaging
  • Physical books in resalable condition (no writing, highlighting, or damage)
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products (eBooks, music downloads) - all sales final
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Worn, washed, or damaged apparel
  • Items without original tags or packaging

📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack Securely: Place items in original packaging (if possible) and include your order number
  4. Ship It Back: Send to the return address provided in your authorization email
  5. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

💰 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

Exchanges:

  • Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange!
  • Contact us to arrange an exchange - we'll cover shipping on the replacement item
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

🛡️ Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes things happen in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll make it right - we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping)
  • No return shipping required for damaged/defective items

🌍 International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items within 30 days. Please note:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method
